1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the website or booking our services.

2. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational and booking purposes only and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it responsibly and not engage in any activity that may disrupt its operation or use it for any illegal purpose.

3. Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of each participant to obtain and carry all required travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates, permits). Inventure DMC is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

4. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to safety concerns or external factors. Inventure DMC shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by "Force Majeure" events, including natural disasters, terrorism, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

5. Health, Safety & Conduct

  • Fitness: Participants must have the appropriate health level for their chosen activity. We reserve the right to deny participation if a condition endangers the individual or the group.
  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
  • Prohibitions: Alcohol, smoking, tobacco, drugs, and abusive language are strictly prohibited. Involvement in such activities will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
  • Punctuality: Failure to adhere to the tour schedule may result in exclusion from activities without compensation.

6. Photo & Video Usage

By booking with Inventure DMC, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use photos or videos taken during the trip (or shared by you via WhatsApp/Email) for promotional and marketing purposes across social media and collateral.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inventure DMC and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any losses, injuries, accidents, or inconveniences. Participants undertake tours at their own risk.

8. Complaints & Disputes

Complaints must be reported promptly during the tour or shortly after. For all disputes, the governing jurisdiction shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Flexible Journeys Policy

At Inventure DMC, we understand plans change. Our policy is designed to protect your investment while offering flexibility.

Free Cancellation within 24 Hours

Any booking made at least 10 days before departure can be cancelled free of charge within the first 24 hours of confirm the booking.

Note: Flights, Trains, or Bus tickets & visa charges are excluded from this 24-hour full refund rule.

Child Policy:

•        Children above 12+ years will be charged 100% as per Adult Rate.

•        Children of 5+ to 11 years sharing a room with parents but it will be charged as per CWB or CNB.

•        Children below 5 years Complimentary.

Payment Policy:

•        Booking will be confirmed only with 25% advance of the total package amount

•        All payments for the tour should be made 10 days prior to the departure. Final documents will be issued only after the balance payment is made.

•        Payments can be made through -

1.       UPI transaction

2.       Debit Card (Extra 2% will be applicable)

3.       Credit Card (Extra 2.5% will be applicable)

4.       Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)

5.       Cheque

Amendment Rules:

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of Rs.1000 communication charges along with hotel charges if any, which will vary from case to case.

Cancellation Policy for Land Package:

•        A credit note will be issued for the cancelled reservation; neither client nor agent accounts will get refunds.

•        Cancellation has to be sent to us by Email and Phone / WhatsApp.

•        From Date of booking - 30 days only communication charges of Rs. 1000.00 per person or 5% of total amount + 18% GST whichever is lower.

1.       30 -15 Days prior to departure: 25% of tour cost

2.       14 -07 Days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost

3.       Less than 07 Days prior to departure/ No show: 100% of tour cost

•        Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.

•        No refund would be offered on the sightseeing, boat tickets, entry fees and show tickets during peak seasons.

•        In case guests would not be able to travel due to hospitalizations, death of any family member or any unavoidable situations then they can postpone their trip as per hotel and cruise policy but reschedule charges will be applicable.

•        No refund for booking made within peak seasons or non-refundable hotel booking

•        In case of any unexpected bad weather Condition Or due to any unavoidable circumstance, like road blockage/strike/political issues/non-operational of cruise or ferry then some other alternative accommodation will be provided at convenience location and additional night accommodation charges will be on direct payment basis.

General Information:

•        Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advised by our executive.

•        The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or bandh, security reason etc.

•        Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems, COPD etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.

•        The security concerns, driver's working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.

•        We shall try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability and itinerary. Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing flexible related with nature.

•        The region's prime tourist interest is in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.

•        One must carry feather jacket & heavy woollens during winter; light woollens during summer; walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon.

•        Advice guests to bring heavy woollens if traveling to Lachung / North Sikkim as this area is chilling cold throughout the year.

•        Please try to carry torch, spare batteries, cold cream, personal medicines, umbrella & Sunglasses

Restrictions:

  • Alcohol, smoking, tobacco, drugs, and abusive language are strictly prohibited. If anyone is found to be involved in such cases, their participation will be terminated, and no further services or refunds will be provided
